Isolotto D'Ogliastra

Isolotto d'Ogliastra

It’s a small archipelago composed of three big pink granite and Red Porphyry rocks. The isolotto is about a kilometre of distance from the Ogliastra Coast . Because of its strategic position is considered shelter for sailors and fishermen in distress from sea storms.

Pedra Longa

The point of pedra Longa is a natural pinnacle of calcareous-dolomitic origins. It present itself as a huge reef, and was in fact formed from a landslide. With a Height of 128 meters is the most coveted destination for climbers.

Grotta dei Colombi

It takes its name from a pigeon colony living inside the cave all year round. It was created from the erosive strength of the sea waves, that thanks to the rain infiltrations from the ground have created these peculiar openings on the rock.

Capo Montesanto

Capo Montesanto takes its name from the difficulty of navigating across it. Especially in the past. In the north we can see Montes Insanes huge limestone walls of 500 meters height.

Cala dei Gabbiani

The beach is made from white pebbles smoothed by the waves. The seabed is very deep from the start of the coast and full of rocks.

Cala Mariolu

Cala mariolu also known as Ispuligidenie which means white fleas in Sardinian. A fun metaphor used from the Shepards referring to the tiny rounded pebbles smoothed by the sea movement.
